In November of 2022 we went Ghana. As part of our trip we kickstarted our community initiative with a females basketball tournament in the community we were raised in. Our goal was to give back to the young women in the Kumasi region, as well as support and encourage the small but mighty female basketball community there. We hosted a one day tournament. The tournament was played by 4 high school basketball teams giving the athletes the opportunity to showcase their talent not just to those in their community, but around the world while having fun.
